 #Eurosea2022Greece. Attendance to European Sea Scouting Seminar in Athens, Greece was an opportunity to go back to the center of this amazing city to explore it and discover new landmarks. Near the Parliament we found the Catholic Cathedral Basilica of St. Dionysius the Areopagite.

It was close to 7:30am and we had the blessing of attending this early morning Mass. 

After Mass we were able to visit the inside of the Cathedral, altar, chapels, and images. 

The Cathedral Basilica of St. Dionysius the Areopagite is the main Roman Catholic church of Athens, Greece, and the seat of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Athens. It is located in central Athens, at the junction of Panepistimiou Avenue with Omirou Street and is dedicated to Saint Dionysius the Areopagite, disciple of the Apostle Saint Paul and the first bishop of Athens.#Wikipedia.
